Why should I join a medical spa membership?
A membership makes it easier to stay consistent with your skincare routine while enjoying valuable savings and exclusive perks. Regular professional treatments help maintain healthy skin, support long-term results, and allow your provider to adjust your treatment plan as your skin’s needs change over time.
Do I receive a treatment every month?
Yes! Every Timeless Membership includes one professional treatment each month. Your available treatment options are based on your membership tier, giving you the flexibility to choose the treatment that best meets your needs that month.
Do treatments roll over?
No. Monthly treatments are intended to be enjoyed during the month they are issued and do not accumulate or carry a cash value. We encourage members to schedule their appointments regularly to get the most value from their membership.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Memberships can only be paused if they are in good standing. Members may place their membership on hold for up to 60 days once per calendar year for approved travel, medical reasons, or other qualifying circumstances. Please contact our team in advance so we can assist you with placing your membership on hold.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! If your skincare goals change or you’d like access to additional treatments and savings, you can upgrade your membership. Our team will be happy to discuss your options and help you select the membership that best fits your needs.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships require a six-month minimum commitment. After the initial six-month term, memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Membership fees, services rendered, and purchased products are non-refundable.
Can I combine discounts?
Membership pricing and discounts are exclusive to active members and generally cannot be combined with other promotional offers, package discounts, event pricing, or special pricing unless otherwise specified. If you have questions about a current promotion, our team is happy to help.
Can new patients join?
Absolutely! Whether you’re a new or existing patient, you’re welcome to enroll in a Timeless Membership. If you’re new to Timeless Aesthetics, we’ll begin with a consultation to understand your skincare goals and recommend the membership that’s right for you.
Do I still earn Aspire® and Evolus Rewards®?
Yes! Timeless Memberships do not affect your eligibility for applicable manufacturer rewards programs. Members may continue participating in Aspire® and Evolus Rewards®, allowing you to maximize your savings while enjoying the exclusive benefits of your Timeless Membership.
